Course Registration

Pre-Requisites

Some WSU courses require demonstration that a student has taken pre-requisite courses prior to enrollment.

Students are solely responsible for reviewing pre-requisites for courses of interest, and working with WSU NSE Advisor and WSU Registrar to ensure all pre-requisites are documented prior to registration.

This starts by providing WSU with a copy of your transcripts, showing which courses satisfy pre-requisites. Students may be asked to provide syllabi from specific courses to determine equivalency with WSU pre-requisites.

Registration

Students meet with the WSU NSE Advisor to register for courses in August (for students studying away in Fall) or November (for students studying away in Spring).

Please be advised that NSE students register after most degree-seeking students at WSU. Course space is very limited, especially in upper-division courses. We recommend students connect with their Home Campus advisor about multiple alternative course options, to ensure full-time enrollment.
